More professionals support the clients of ITRA Polska, a consulting firm specialised in commercial real estate. Izabela Kołcz and Zlatina Mikołajczyk have joined the office tenant representation department as advisors.
Zlatina Mikołajczyk has more than 9 years of professional experience in business development and client service, including in the real estate sector. She has implemented B2B projects in Central European markets, including for ForLogistic, CDD&I, EuropaProperty.com, Investment Environments and Nowy Adres. Previously, she also worked for the Trade and Investment Promotion Section at the Polish Embassy in Sofia. She graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and the Saint Clement of Ohrid University of Sofia.
Izabela Kołcz has been working in real estate for 8 years. Before joining ITRA, she worked at Cresa Polska, Walter Herz and White Star Real Estate, among other companies. She graduated in management from the Warsaw School of Economics and is also a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and Cracow University of Technology.
