Artur Sutor

CEO, Head of Office Department

Artur Sutor has 20 years of experience advising office tenants. He has represented dozens of international and Polish clients in the process of leasing offices with a total area of more than 1 million square metres. Before opening the Polish brand of ITRA, he had co-founded Cresa Polska and had previously also worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw Faculty of Management, as well as a postgraduate programme at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a licensed real estate broker.

Martyna Balcer​

COO, Associate Director​

Martyna Balcer has 13 years of experience working in the office real estate market. She serves as Operations Director at ITRA Polska. Her previous roles include Associate Director in the office tenant department at Cresa Polska and a negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield. She graduated in English philology from the University of Social Sciences.

Łukasz Dreger

Associate Director

Łukasz Dreger has been working in the commercial real estate sector for 18 years. Before joining ITRA Polska, he worked at Cresa Polska and Knight Frank. He obtained a Master of Engineering at the Faculty of Management and Production Engineering and completed a postgraduate programme in property management at the University of Warsaw Faculty of Law and Administration. He is a licensed commercial property manager.

Izabela Kołcz

Senior Advisor, Office Department

Izabela Kołcz is a real estate advisor. She started her career as an expert in the Warsaw residential market. She acquired her experience in the office market working at Walter Herz, where she represented tenants in the Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław markets. She provided tenants with end-to-end support at every stage of office relocation and contract renegotiation.

Zlatina Mikołajczyk

Advisor, Office Department

Zlatina Mikołajczyk has more than 9 years of experience in commercial real estate. Having developed projects across various Central and Eastern European markets, she has gained insight into various CEE countries. She serves as Advisor at ITRA Polska. A graduate in Russian philology and international economic relations, she is fluent in English, Polish, Bulgarian and Russian.
