Sitel Polska has leased 1,700 sq m of office space in the Format building in Gdańsk. This is another stage of growth for a leading international provider of modern customer experience services. The tenant was represented in the transaction by experts from ITRA Polska.
Sitel provides businesses with products and solutions in customer service, IT, help desks and telemarketing, pairing an innovative project approach with digital solutions. Its clients include global leaders in the tech and e-commerce industry.

Format is an office and retail building in Gdańsk-Oliwa situated next to the railway and rapid transit station, offering a total of approximately 16,000 sq m of leasable space. The project by Torus meets the requirements of the LEED environmental certification scheme.
