RWE will move to Warsaw UNIT

This autumn, the Polish team of RWE will move into the 23rd floor of the Warsaw UNIT at Rondo Daszyńskiego. In the process of leasing an office with an area of almost 1,500 sq m. in the skyscraper developed by Ghelamco, the tenant was advised by Brockhoff GmbH and ITRA Polska.

RWE is one of the leading companies in the field of renewable energy in Poland. It develops, builds and operates onshore and offshore wind and solar farms. RWE’s employees will soon use office space in one of the tallest buildings in Warsaw, equipped with numerous solutions in the sustainable development trend, including a modern, real-time energy management system.

Thanks to consulting services provided by Brockhoff GmbH and the Poland-based partner company ITRA, we were able to find great premises in a sustainable building. We would like to thank them for the good cooperation and look forward to being able to provide our RWE colleagues in Warsaw with an attractive, modern and collaborative working environment – comments David Middendorf, Teamlead Lease Management RWE.

Warsaw UNIT offers a total of 57,000 sqm. of office space on 45 floors, as well as dining and service premises on the ground floor, and full infrastructure for cyclists. The highest quality and standard of the building are confirmed by numerous certificates, e.g. the first WELL Core at the Platinum level, BREEAM Outstanding, Green Building Standard or Object without barriers.

– Dynamically developing companies such as RWE need an attractive place to work that adapt to their teams’ needs. The new RWE office enables flexible arrangement of space, conducive to spending valuable time with colleagues. Employees can use the building’s numerous amenities, and the proximity of the metro station is also a great advantage – says Martyna Balcer, COO, Associate Director, ITRA Polska.

– Top-class offices, built in accordance with ESG standards, attract international enterprises for which environmental issues and the well-being of employees are extremely important. I congratulate RWE Renewables on choosing Warsaw UNIT, which is one of the most energy-efficient, low-emission and technologically advanced office buildings in this part of Europe – says Jarosław Zagórski, Managing Director of Ghelamco Poland.
