Anna Panek has joined ITRA Polska in the role of client advisor representing companies in the process of leasing office space in Kraków and Business Development Manager. She will support the establishment of ITRA Polska next regional office.
Previously Anna Panek worked at Cresa Polska, and in recent years she has been associated with Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for nationwide Business Development activities and handling transactions in the Krakóww office market, representing both tenants and landlords. She is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics. She holds a real estate broker’s license. Together with Błażej Kucharski, managing director of regional markets at ITRA Polska, she will develop the office in the capital of Małopolska.
– Krakow is the first city after Warsaw with the largest office space resources. According to the data from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate, these resources amounted to 1.776 million square meters after the third quarter of 2023. At the same time, the demand for offices in Krakow is one of the highest in Poland, attracting developers. Currently, construction investments in offices constitute as much as 25% of all new projects in regional cities. Companies looking for office space, therefore, have a wide range of options, making decisions about choosing the optimal location for their organizations even more challenging. Such decisions require a thorough and multi-aspect analysis that can only be carried out by specialized and experienced advisors. That is why we decided to strengthen the ITRA Poland team in Krakow.
