NEPI Rockcastle Polska has renewed its lease in the office part of the Cosmopolitan building in Warsaw, where the company’s expanded headquarters will now occupy a total of 1,500 sq m of workspace. Experts from ITRA Polska advised the tenant on the renegotiation and expansion process.
NEPI Rockcastle is a leading investor and commercial real-estate developer in Central and Eastern Europe, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Amsterdam Stock Exchange. The company owns one of the largest real estate portfolios in the region, including twelve shopping centres in Poland.
“As we’re expanding our operations in Poland and wish to stay in the office heart of Warsaw, we decided to expand our lease in Cosmopolitan. Experts from ITRA Polska successfully advised us in the process,” says Dominik Piwek, Head of Marketing & PR at NEPI Rockcastle Poland.
“The high quality and prestigious location of Cosmopolitan are the advantages that persuaded our client to continue to grow their business here. I’m happy that we could assist NEPI Rockcastle in their lease renegotiation as tenant representation experts and I believe that their employees will benefit from both the expanded office space and numerous amenities in the immediate neighbourhood,” says Artur Sutor, CEO of ITRA Polska.
Cosmopolitan Twarda 4 is one of the most iconic landmarks in Warsaw. The project consists of a 44-storey residential high-rise and a 5-storey office and retail building next to ul. Emilii Plater and the popular pl. Grzybowski. Designed by the renowned Helmut Jahn studio, the building complex is owned by Tacit Investment.
