Anna Brewińska has joined the ITRA Poland team to take on the position of Senior Advisor. She supports the Industrial & Logistics department, which serves companies seeking advice on leasing warehouse and industrial space.
Anna Brewińska has worked as an advisor for more than a dozen years, and has gained experience representing both tenants and developers. She recently worked at the Nuvalu Polska agency, and before that, among others, at Panattoni. She is well acquainted with the specifics of the commercialization processes of logistics, but also office and mixed-use space.
– The growing demand for warehouse and industrial real estate increases the need for professional consulting. The range of possibilities is growing, as is the level of complexity of logistics operations and customer requirements. Therefore, choosing the right facility requires increasingly better analysis.
