IPOPEMA stays in LePalais
IPOPEMA companies will remain headquartered in LePalais, a building at ul. Próżna in Warsaw. The group engaged ITRA Polska to advise on the lease renewal for the 2,800 sq m office.
IPOPEMA is a group of financial and consulting services companies specialised in investment banking, brokerage services and company analysis, creating and managing investment funds, asset management and business consulting. The Group employs about 270 people.
“As our lease was about to end, we probably saw all offices in central Warsaw available from the beginning of 2023. Eventually, we decided to stay at Próżna. It’s still an excellent location in terms of both the character of LePalais and the transport links available,” says Marcin Kurowski, Director of Operations at IPOPEMA Securities.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Warsaw district of Śródmieście, LePalais is a regenerated 19th-century building distinct for its combination of classical architectural design and modern technological solutions. The building is rated “Excellent” against the BREEAM certification scheme.

The owner of the building, Generali Real Estate, was represented in the transaction by the international consulting firm Colliers.
