The MAK Group, which brings together leading companies in the Polish insurance market, has decided to remain in its current office in the business district of Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Advice on optimizing and extending the lease was provided by experts from ITRA Polska, a company that exclusively represents tenants.
MAK Insurance is the largest broker with Polish capital on the market, whose services are used by the private and public sectors. It specializes in handling advanced life, communications, property, liability and financial insurance programs. The company will remain headquartered in an office of about 2,500 sq. m. in the Nefryt building, at 39 Domaniewska St. The MAK Group entrusted ITRA Polska professionals to advise on the lease extension.

The Nefryt building, located adjacent to the Westfield Mokotów shopping mall, offers more than 15,000 sqm of high-end office space, as well as retail and service space. BREEAM in-use certificates with an excellent rating in the Asset and Management categories indicate that the building is user-friendly, as well as environmentally friendly.

MAK Group is another company for which ITRA Polska advisors renegotiated the office lease agreement in the Nefryt office building. Earlier, Mullenlowe Group decided to take the same step.
