ITRA advisors represented the Polish branch of Sharp Electronics Europe in the lease renewal process at Poleczki Park in Warsaw. The office, along with warehouse and service space, spans 1,200 sqm in the business complex located at Poleczki 33.
Sharp Electronics is a leading provider of business technology, supporting enterprises and organizations across Europe in enhancing efficiency and adapting workplaces for the future. The company offers a wide range of products and business solutions, including printers, print and document management, as well as comprehensive IT services such as cybersecurity, data recovery and migration, IT system monitoring, and consultancy. Sharp’s solutions are utilized by clients in the private, public, and education sectors, as well as government institutions.
“For our client, a key factor in deciding to renew the lease was the availability of service space on the ground floor of the building—a rarity in Warsaw’s office complexes. This allows Sharp to have direct access to suppliers, significantly streamlining the logistics of delivering printing devices to clients. We are delighted to have once again supported the tenant in achieving their ambitious business goals,” said Martyna Balcer, COO, Head of Office Department at ITRA Polska, who led the process for Sharp Electronics.
Poleczki Park is one of the largest multifunctional business parks in Poland and Central Europe. Situated on a 14-hectare plot, it currently consists of six office buildings, a hotel, and parking facilities, offering a total of 83,000 sqm of office, warehouse, and retail space.
The location of Poleczki Park is ideal for business development. The complex is situated in the southern part of Warsaw, at the intersection of Hołubcowa and Poleczki Streets, near Puławska Street and the southern Warsaw bypasses: S2 and S79. Employees at Poleczki Business Park also benefit from two free bus lines connecting the complex to the Imielin metro station and Warsaw Chopin Airport.
