The Polish branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH will continue to be located in the Platinium Business Park building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. In turn, Panasonic Heating and Cooling Solutions’ training center will move to the Trinity One office building on a neighboring street starting in September. ITRA Polska advised the tenant in both transactions.
Panasonic has been operating in Poland for 30 years and is present in more than 35 markets in Europe. It provides technologies for communications and entertainment, home appliances, HVAC solutions, vehicle systems and technologies for a wide range of devices to support progress. The location of the company’s Polish branch will not change, but the 950-square-meter office will undergo a rearrangement in line with the latest trends and the current needs of the team. In turn, the Panasonic Heating and Cooling Solutions training center will change location from its current location on Postępu Street to the 240-square-meter first floor of the Trinity One office building on Domaniewska Street.
The Panasonic team was supported in the contract negotiations by ITRA Poland, a consulting firm specializing in representing commercial real estate tenants. – Once again, our experts had the opportunity to work with Panasonic, which gives us a picture of the company’s changing needs and the ability to advise on optimal solutions. The remodeled office will be tailored to the new work model, and will offer, among other things, better space for individual and group work, as well as comfortable chillout areas to foster closer relationships. Also, the new training center will be distinguished by its raised standard,” says Martyna Balcer, COO, Associate Director in the office department of ITRA Poland.
Platinium Business Park comprises six buildings with a total area of more than 60,000 sqm, owned by Allianz Real Estate. They are distinguished by high quality finishes and interesting arrangement of green common spaces. The complex also features a restaurant, a kiosk and a café.
Trinity One, owned by Revetas Capital fund, offers 18,000 sqm of renovated office space. It provides users with space to work and relax among greenery and a bistro.
