ITRA Global continues its dynamic growth in the commercial real estate market in Poland and announces key personnel changes within the organization. Martyna Balcer, previously the Chief Operating Officer (COO), has taken on the parallel role of Head of Office Department.

Martyna Balcer has been with ITRA Poland since its inception, initially serving as COO. She brings 15 years of experience in the office real estate market. In the past, she worked as an Associate Director in the Tenant Representation Department at Cresa Poland and as a Negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield. She holds a degree in English Philology from the Social Academy of Sciences.

Artur Sutor, the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ITRA Poland, will continue to lead the company.

– When I founded ITRA in Poland, I knew that building a strong company in the competitive Polish market would require experienced and trusted colleagues. Martyna is exactly such a person. With her unwavering dedication, she was a natural candidate for the Head of Office Department.
