ITRA Polska’s activities in regional markets will be led by Błażej Kucharski. As Managing Director of Regional Markets and Head of Tricity Office, he will be responsible for advisory teams supporting companies in the process of leasing office space in major Polish cities. He will also expand ITRA Poland’s office in Tricity.
Blazej Kucharski has more than 20 years of experience in advising and serving investors and supporting lease transactions totalling more than 215,000 sqm. Before joining ITRA Polska, he was a Regional Director at Colliers for 10 years. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdansk.
– Half of the stock of modern office space is located in regional cities, which continue to develop rapidly. A report by the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate shows that in Q3 2023, the most office space was leased in the Tri-City (58.4 thousand sq. m.), Krakow (38.3 thousand sq. m.) and Wroclaw (33.8 thousand sq. m.).
