ITRA advisors represented Displate in the process of renegotiating and extending the office lease in the Atlas Tower skyscraper in the center of Warsaw. It is in this location that the Polish creative brand, which has become an international phenomenon, is being developed.

Displate is a global marketplace (an online platform aggregating offers from many sellers) that has sold over 6 million metal posters to 2.5 million homes worldwide over 9 years, including in the USA, Germany, France, Canada, and Australia. The company collaborates with major brands such as Star Wars, Marvel, DC Comics, NASA, and Netflix. Through Displate, the works of over 40,000 talented illustrators, painters, and designers are available.

In the Atlas Tower skyscraper, the Displate team occupies an office space of 1,700 sq m.

Atlas Tower is located on Jerozolimskie Avenue, right by Zawiszy Square, where the main communication routes of Warsaw intersect. The 112-meter building offers a total of 29,000 sq m. of office space on 28 floors.
