The advisory firm ITRA Polska has strengthened its team with the addition of another experienced professional. As of early August, Mateusz Kardaś has joined as Senior Advisor in the industrial and logistics real estate division.

Mateusz Kardaś brings 8 years of experience in the real estate market, having worked with both advisory firms and developers. Before joining ITRA Polska, he was associated with companies such as Newmark. At Panattoni, he was responsible for delivering warehouse projects in emerging markets and large build-to-own (BTO) facilities for leading logistics operators. He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
