This symbolic move marks the 30th anniversary of the largest insurance broker in Poland with domestic capital. The dynamic growth of the companies within MAK Group and the increasing needs of its teams led the Group to lease an additional 700 sq m of office space, now occupying two floors in a prestigious business location in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The expansion and lease renegotiation process was carried out in cooperation with ITRA Polska experts, who specialize in tenant representation in the commercial real estate market.

The new office space represents another milestone in the development of MAK Group – an organization that has been shaping the Polish brokerage market for years. The company supports thousands of enterprises in Poland and abroad, offering comprehensive insurance programs, including property, life, motor, transport, liability, and financial risk coverage. Over three decades, the Group has built a strong position as a partner of choice for both private and public sector clients, combining expert knowledge, modern tools, and a tailored advisory approach.

Following the expansion, MAK Group now occupies approx. 3,200 sq m of office space at Domaniewska 39. Nefryt is a modern office building with 16,300 sq m of leasable space located near the Westfield Mokotów shopping center. The building holds a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level. Its tenants include Honeywell, Cofidis, MAK Group, and Planet.
