ITRA Global – one of the world’s largest organizations exclusively representing tenants and occupiers of commercial real estate – has announced the new composition of its international Board of Directors, responsible for guiding the strategic development of the advisory brand. Among those appointed are two experts from the Polish office: Artur Sutor and Martyna Balcer.
ITRA Global brings together thirty advisory firms specializing in representing tenants in office, industrial, and retail real estate markets across the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and, since 2022, also in Poland.
As of early 2025, Artur Sutor, Founder and CEO of ITRA Poland, has assumed the role of Vice Chair of the ITRA Global Board of Directors. Martyna Balcer, Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Office Department at ITRA Poland, has been appointed as a Director on the international board.

Artur Sutor is a seasoned expert with 25 years of experience advising office tenants. He has represented clients in leasing processes totaling nearly one million square meters of office space. He was a co-founder of Cresa Poland and has previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Martyna Balcer, COO & Head of the Office Department at ITRA Poland, has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate market and oversees the firm’s strategic project development. Previously, she served as Associate Director at Cresa Poland and as a negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield. She graduated in English Philology from the University of Social Sciences.
The nine-member ITRA Global Board of Directors appointed for 2025 is chaired by Peter Webster of Corporate Real Estate Advisors / ITRA Global Atlanta.
