CEMEX Poland, a manufacturer of building materials, has decided to extend its lease at The Park Warsaw complex, where it occupies a 2,000 sqm office. ITRA Polska experts advised in the renegotiation.
CEMEX is a global industry leader, known for producing high-quality cement, ready-mixed concrete, aggregates and construction solutions. The company also offers products for sustainable construction, affecting the reduction of the carbon footprint of construction projects.
– Choosing the right office space is a complex and lengthy process. Searching for the optimal space, we focused on a thorough analysis of the needs of CEMEX employees and our company. The Park Warsaw is an attractive office space surrounded by carefully selected greenery and other architectural elements. Distinguished by interesting architecture, the building offers a variety of retail and service amenities, such as stores, cafes, restaurants, a fitness club and a preschool. – All this contributes to the well-being and comfort of work and, as a result, the efficiency of employees. The above arguments led us to decide to extend the contract with the current contractor – adds Iwona Wojtasik, Director of the People and Organization Management Division of CEMEX Poland.
The Park office complex is located at Krakowiaków Street, in Warsaw’s Włochy district. It consists of 10 Class A buildings with carefully designed greenery and landscaping elements. The Park office buildings have been awarded the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. – We know how close the CEMEX Group is to the idea of sustainable development.
